As of patch 2.3 you can train up to lvl 300 from any trainer in a Main City :)

Checked out trainers for tailoring no luck

I'm at 150 skill can't proceed further

Been to all the capitals and there trainers

No luck just hit level 19

Just so u know. You have to be Level 20 or above to train beyond 150 for tailoring.
