Its crap. Compared to some lvl 66 blue drop (forgot the name i think it was in durnholde keep caverns of time). There is to much +hit on items these days.. Cant get out of it, If you got +5% to hit you've got plenty considering game mechanics, but atm i got +142 hit rating.. This goes off my AP and crit obviously. I wish oh hell i wish for more AP and crit and less +hit!
