    Anyone know if the coefficient (arounf 43% for FoL I think) affect the +heal on this libram?

      Actually, since it directly affects the Flash of Light spell, it gets the full +79 bonus.  Now, if this was +79 healing in general, FoL would only recieve 40ish% of that.  Hope this helps clarify a bit.
