The Behemoth roams in the Quarry (not Pyron's tunnel). From the viewpoint of the entrance, he wanders a path on the right side. You might be able to see him from the door, or just a little further inside; a minute will be enough to tell, no need to get your hands dirty with dwarf blood.
His path takes him behind the upright slabs on the right side, where it's easy to kill him if you take out the dwarf and slaves first.
He is sandy/rocky and looks somewhat like the Thistleshrubs in Tanaris. He's about as big as a Tauren.
When you fight him, he has a point-blank area of effect attack that can chop a group down if you're not careful.
We beat him with a 49 Rogue, a 46 Warrior, and a 46 Shaman.
