I was fishing in Feralas (Gurubashi) today when Emeriss popped up right in front of me... needless to say my day of fishing was over.  Within an hour there was a main horde guild and a main alli guild getting ready to take turns to try to kill her.  In the three hours I stayed dead and watched everything only one group got her down to 15k health before wiping, and she was very much alive when I left.  She definately takes a lot of planning to get.  And the low lvl mushroom griefers did show up to try to take out the alliance.

Feralas spawn is approximately 51,11 on the south edge of the island in Jademir Lake, up on the little stone steps with the swirly portal looking thingie.
