We just killed her on about the 10th try - 50 Holy Priest, 50 Prot Warrior, 49 Arcane Mage.
She's very nasty. The fear's the biggest problem - if you don't have a Dwarf Priest with you, get your priest to put Shadow Protection up on your tank, as it helps with resisting the fear.
Nature Protection Potions were a must against her "explosive fart" spell.
She's basically got two special attacks:
1) AOE (I think) fear, everyone close to her goes for a run. Not magic, so not dispellable.
2) Explosive fart - wide AOE nature damage, goes on for about 10 seconds and knocks everyone back around her.
We died horribly trying to fight her on the island - in the end we dragged her into the water next to one of the walls, and then fought her there. That limits where the tank can be feared to!
The hardest part of this fight is keeping her aggroed on the main tank - if you have an off-tank you should be fine. Otherwise, liberal use of Intercept and a lot of maneuvering from the cloth-wearers may be necessary.
Fortunately, she stops moving whilst farting, which gives you time to maneuver. As a tank, make sure that you're between her and the clothies after she farts - she'll run straight at you. She seems to be partially immune to Taunt too.
It's also worth noting that once you've killed her you can drop straight down the waterfall to take on the croc boss Rotgrip, who has some nice stuff.
