Soloed it with my lvl 46 pala, took me 7 minutes and 2 healing pots, at lvl 48 i beat him to a pulp in less than 4 minutes no healing pots this time ....

I got 50% dmg redution and still he hits for around 160 normal dmg and around 330 when he crits, got a short aoe that does about the same damage, he has 10500hp. I found him always isolated with no mobs around on the coast.
