He is located right inside the buildight at 56,63 and so is the master blacksmith trainer, Make sure you are in Hellfire Pennisula before going looking for him.  on the right inside the door, sitting on the floor, Its in the honor hold.  For those who have spent hours looking just thought I would share

I am looking for the mining trainer for horde to get past 300...any info that might help would be much appreciated!

I spent a good deal of time in the keep looking for him as 'he's inside the building' isn't exactly helpful. 

Grimmord is sitting on the floor to the right of the door of the blacksmith's shop, if you enter via the front door. (Front door has two guards posted beside it, the back does not.) If you enter the rear he'll be on the left side near the front door.

EPL was not good at all for me. I got a rich vein every 20 minutes of riding around looking at different places. I'd suggest Un'Goro Crater because nice small veins of thorium and some mithrils around the edges.
