not possible, the key ring will only expand to 32 spaces.  The nice thing is some of the keys you can put in the key ring will stack, like the Relic Coffer Key, so you can get more then 32 keys in the key ring because of that.  Also keys that are received as part of doing a quest, will be removed from your key ring if you abandon the quest.

But a Key doesnt have to be on your keyring to have it...You can easily have it in your inventory/bank
