    These are getting a nice buff in patch 2.1.0 making them worthwhile getting.

      It's sad that these epic gloves that you get from a raid are not that much better than blue gloves from a non-heroic Tempest Keep instance.  And not even the hardest instance in Tempest Keep.  It seems as though Blizzard just made them "Epic" just becaue they drop in a raid instance.

      With that said, now that 2.1 has been release, Gloves of Saintly Blessings are better than Prismatic Mittens of Mending.  And depending on how you spec, they can be MUCH better.

      Sta = 27
      Int = 25
      Spi = 25
      Healing = 65 (40 from gloves, 7 from socket bonus, 18 from Royal Nightseye x 2)
      Regen = 4 (from Royal Nightsere x 2)

      Comparison
      Sta = +4
      Int = -1
      Spi = +25
      Healing = +10
      Regen = -3

      Pretty good!

      Now let's add in other things to make these gloves better.  The following items assume you are specced a certain way and that you have certain other gear.

      Full Spiritual Guidance (Increase healing by 25% of Spirit) = 6.25

      Divine Spirit (Increase healing by 10% of Spirit) = 2.5

      Meditation (15% of Mana Regeneration to continue while casting.)  This is kinda tricky and correct me if I'm wrong, but the generally accepted mana regen rate is 13 + spi/4 = mana per tick.  Since we are only talking about the DIFFERENCE, we are only concerned with how the 25 spirit affects regen so:
      25/4 = 6.25 mana per tick.  Since a tick is 2 seconds, to get mp5, we divide by 2 then multiply by 5.
      (6.25/2)*5 = 15.625 mana per 5 seconds.  While casting, our talent gives us 15% mana regen so:
      15.625*.15 = 2.343 mp5

      Then add bonus from Primal Mooncloth (which many of us have) 5% of mana to continue while casting.
      Same info as above, but we multiply by .05 instead of .15
      15.625*.05 = .78

      WHEW.

      So, from talents and other gear, we add:
      Healing = 8.75
      Regen = 2.11

      FINAL COUNT
      Sta = 27
      Int = 25
      Spi = 25
      Healing = 74 (roughly)
      Regen = 6

      FINAL COMPARISON
      Sta = +4
      Int = -1
      Spi = +25
      Healing = +19
      Regen = -1
