But what does it matter to you, really? If Warriors and Rogues get Legendary weapons and your class doesn't, so what? It's very unlikely that you'll get the chance to actually get one for a long long time (if ever) anyway. And it's also very unlikely that you're going to bump into someone actually wearing the Twin Blades of Azzinoth either. In the end, the existence of these things will most likely never affect you at all.

And no, I don't have neither a Warrior nor a Rogue. But let's be happy for 'em, eh? ;)

you, sir are 100% correct.  Arthas can not be the end-all, be-all of raiding.  There are far more powerful entities out there.  The old god, C'Thun was a very weakened version of his former self.  There are still the other full-strength old gods as a possibility, and the dragon aspects as well.  Not to mention Kil'Jaeden and Sargeras. There is also the entire vast army working for them, including many powerful demons we have not yet seen (world raid bosses anyone??)

I am a paladin, and I have been killed by both of these blades (each a seperate ocasion). The blade is so big and green and obvious its the biggest bg aggro weapon you can get, so after he got 4-5 kills his healer oomed and we downed him, it was like fighting a crazy instance-boss, Epic fight.

Flag's and towers didn't matter, I had to just hit him, but when he turned on me, red numbers started spaying out of me like blood. It was an honor to be murdered by such a weapon.

sorry to all of you people out there who have had bad exp. with "huntards" my class is so filled with idiots who "omfg hold on mom" it makes me sick. Ive been hunting for as long as this games been out(rolled in nov'04) and to be perfectly honest, rogues...warriors(yeh they can lay claim too)...have this shit I dont want it. ill take a halb of deso. any day over those 2. sure theres the lore aspect, and then "wouldnt that be cool" but any end game raiding guild isnt going to have this forum troll discussion about these guys. they goto rogues and warriors, and not even in that order(although the speed ratings on them make them more ideal for a rogue then a warior). SO PLEASE. can we move past the "id roll them im a huntard lololol" shit, there arent rolls at that level, there is dkp...the end...thank you look at the shineys(and also check out the new sunwell KJ bow. = to Mt hyjal and BT bows if you do the math but isnt it orange enough for us?!) oh yeh. my main for raiding is a rogue, main for pvp is my hunter.. play both ends before you speak about either.

As a hunter, i can honestly say there would be nothing cooler than to rip these bad boys out ina  BG, cause it'll probably scare the crap outta someone to be getting shot to hell by a hunter, have his pet on you every second, and then when you get close enough to do damage, they rip these things out. But, of course reality steps in and guess what, THESE ARE NOT FOR HUNTERS! as a hunter who's been at this a while and has a set of PVP gear, i know what i'm capable of and what i'm useful for in BG's and Instnaces as well as end game raids. We're a long distance class that are complete and utter wimps when it comes to melee. Even with the greatest melee weapons in the game, it's not gonna change the fact that a paly, warrior or rogue will beat the living crap  out of us whether we possess weapons like this or not. I'm sick of hunters getting a bad name because of the greedy, noob a$$ retards playing this game. if you want a set of blades like this, guess what, start a new toon. I've seen a few times and postings from people talking about hunters and other classes rolling against them.... unbelieveable. As a hunter with an IQ above 12, no one should be rolling or even considering trying to ninja these away from a rogue for any reason. Especially, if that rogue is in your guild, don't you want him on your side next time around, watching your back and pawning anything that gets close to you in your next BG, instance or whatever.

Sorry to ramble on, just want the melee classes of the WoW world to know there's a few good hunters left, and I'm happy to say i'm one of them

Hell yah there are some Smart hunters as a 70 Hunter who started a Shadow Priest yah no mellee issue for me but i was getting sick and tired of F ing noob hunters giving us decent ones bad name

i recently saw a frienly (horde) rogue in a pug AB with both of these. i didn't notice what realm he was from, but he was in the reckoning battlegroup. he was stealted by the lm flag. as i appeared to be an undergeared shadow priest, whenever a group of 3 or 4 ally would roam in, he would chop them to shreds. i just wanted to see where they came from and if they dropped together or seperatly. amusing to see the entire forum based on hunters crying. what is new? *i was also uber pleased to see that huntards do NOT get any new talents in the xpansion. (what about warriors getting to use 2h weapons as 1h.)

For all of you who don't know read thsi post.
1. The glaives ARE NOT!!!! arctifact they are legendary.
2. It is possible to get these they dropped on my server and its not a .5% drop its a 5-14% drop.

ok 5-10 dps isnt a shit bit of difference on these. although i wouldnt be surprised to see a revamped version of these seeing as how theyve done that with several new pieces of wotlk gear. (same graphics diff stats and names) on some of the t3 armor sets.

and as a side note about hunters... i have an 80 rogue and ive never grouped with a hunter that was not a complete noob ass 12 year old. i even had one come to heroic sethikk with an owl for a pet... no im not lying. it seems to me hunters think they are godly because they have a pet to protect them. i love when they act all confused when i sap thier pet and pwn thier ass.(yes noobs we can sap beasts since patch 3.0)
