Before Patch i used my t3 ahead of these.

Even after the patch 2.1 these shoulders are a joke. Total absence of regen, the +heal is not enough to cover the lack and nor are the stats tbh. Would far prefer them to sacrifice some of the stats on this to give it 4 or 5 mana/5.
