Right, so instead of planning for the length of fight and how much mana you're likely to use, you wait until you're oom and then switch to a heavy mana regen/ low dps set....

How about maybe building your gear properly in the first place so you have enough intellect and regen for all situations? if you're already oom, you've screwed up and pissing about changing gear while feigning is the last resort of a bad hunter.

And you're seriously suggesting you only put AotV on AFTER you go oom, not at the start of a boss fight?
