Caught in Terrokar Forest (just north of Shatt City)

*Did not fish it from a special 'pool'.

It's just something neat. I ended up keeping mine, like "Shark Bait" (from pick pocketing). You can get 6g anytime but this took me around 2 days of fishing to get- not intentionally of course.
