Actually this wouldnt' be too bad for a enhance shaman, the bonus 20% nature damage with stormstrike would make this proc hit fairly hard. Still though I think rogues might make more consistent use of it for better damage anyhow. So rogues when you get this team up with the nearest shaman for insane nature damage with stormstrike weeeee.
