this is supposed to drop off archimonde,the last boss of hyjal summit.the otehr helmets drop aswell.

Helm token drops from Archimonde in Hyjal, Illidan drops the Chest token and he is the last boss in Black Temple. You turn in the tokens at the beginning of the Hyjal instance at the vendor.
