I don't know how you struggled here as a feral druid, I just killed him at lvl 68, he was a piece of cake. In bear form with demo roar, he only hits for about 400 a time, and he hits slow. Only needed to root and heal once, finished the fight with 90% hp. You can pretty much out-dps this guy even in bear (btw spamming lacerate is not a great idea, it's for keeping aggro, not the way to hurt something, just maul and mangle his ass)
