Best shoes to wear that look nearly all white are "Acidic Walkers" dropped from Vicious Fallout in gnomer.  They have white souls, white toes and white tops, with a slight green stripe up the side, which you cannot see in the gown.  You only see the toes.

Now, if I could only find the veil and gloves...
