BM non heroic is a piece of cake, simply assign a caster or ranged dmg class to the add duty everyone else on the portal boss. My groups I (Mage) usually do it and if you stay in range of the healer and pull everything to you its pretty easy to handle the adds. We usually skip add duty on the second (portal 12) boss and just use the handy beacons to control the adds and FF the boss. The 17th portal we usually skip the portal elite and just all kill the adds as they come to Medivah, keeps everyone in good shape for the final boss. Just keep the boss facing away from the rest of the party and use any beacons you have left for added dps, they get dropped pretty quick but everything helps. Like I said BM is a cake walk if you use your beacons, the instance is pretty forgiving too as Med has a lot of life to work with.
