    to anyone who thinks that slower ranged weapons are better for pulling mobs because they hit harder and generate "more" aggro

    i'm pretty sure that anyone who used this or any other fast ranged weapon to pull would get two shots off before the mob got to them...which (and understand im just assuming) would probably do more damage, and generate more aggro


    just a thought...

    plus the stats and bonuses just scream warrior or rogue (mostly warrior imo)

      For pulling you need a fast weapon. It's kinda important to pull at the correct time/position, and slow guns mess that up or at least make it much harder.

        But weapon speed has no impact on how fast you can get of your first shot. *Every* Bow, Gun and Crossbow in the game has a 1.5 seconds cast time, at least for warriors. Weapon speed then mandates how long it will take to get your next shot.

        A Thrown weapon, on the other hand, has a cast time of 0.5 seconds, making it very pleasant to use for pulling.
