If there is a Hunter WANTING this weapon...PLEASE give it to him...As this is currently the Best Hunter Weapon that they can get...And there are much Better weapons for you...Its basically like this...

That is an entire WASTE of a Raid...All that to have a ROUGE roll on the BEST RANGED WEAPON in the game...
I mean come on LOOK at it...Its the best for us...You'll probably Vendor it for a Upgrade further down Black Temple...
