Zangramarsh is the best place to level from 300+. Farm Dreamfoil and Felweed until 310 then grind the Withered Bog Lords in The Dead Mire. You get some useless drops plus motes of life.

bout 15 kills, and only got 1 Terocone.. and didnt even give me a skill point. Ya sure this is the fastest way? lol

  You don't earn any skill points for killing or herbing the bog lords, but herbing the corpses (ones you kill or others kill) you get herbs, motes of life, or unidentified plant parts - all good for making gold. There are also several herbs that grow in or near the Dead Mire that you can pick to get your skill up.
