whatever lvl, you can always train up in mining and blacksmithing in IF

  ive gotten to the point where its not wanting to increase my BS when i make armor or weapons it takes like 20 or 30 items before it will go up 1 lvl. is there an easier way to lvl this skill

When you open your BS window, each item has a color

red= can't craft it yet
orange= guaranteed skill up(i only craft oranges)
yellow= good chance for skill up
green= probly no skill up
gray = no skill up

regarding 150 BS, use Rough Bronze Leggings 151-175, you'll need to craft 25 which is a lot of work.
