These dropped for me in kara today. As I was the only one in plate, I got them. Since I'm a Paladin tank and block value isn't as big of a deal as it is for warriors, I decided to continue using my Bracers of the Green Fortress instead. Dodge > Block value imo, although the socket on the Vambraces is nice to have.
