barely soloed as a level  70 arcane frost mage.

hard if you don't have a pet but i used 1 Hp pot..

i got lucky cause frost bite hit a couple of times and i was able to crit a couple of times

i also used a trinket +220 for 15 seconds spell damaged

presence of Mind and Arcane power helped a lot
