Very easy mission.
After completing the prereq (mark the gateways), talk to the flight master, and he'll give you a griffon. Don't be a dummy like me and be on your mount when you ask for the griffon - I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get him to give me the mount....
Put the bomb on your action bar. RIGHT click to activate the bomb, and it will turn on a big green circle (like a rogue's distract) and LEFT click over the gateways. You cannot control the griffon, but he circles around a few times. You can also throw the bombs at other critters on the ground for fun. Very easy quest and sweet rewards, too.
