I read the comments above and looked around for Borgoth the Bloodletter and the coordinates for him that are 32, 89 is where I did not find him. I dont know about him spawning back in two places but the coords where I found him was 41, 83. I'm not sure if they moved, or whatever but those are the coords I found him in; into one of those towers on a hill, there should be at least 2-3 spiders on the path towards the tower. I hope you find him the same as I did, if not try 32, 89 I could be wrong.
