Easy as holy pally, takes about 5-7 min. No need for pots, or anything fancy, just judge wisdom on him (wear a shield) and then stand there and holy shock/judgement of righteousness for like 5-7 min and collect loot. You will need to heal yourself sometimes, but with wisdom on him you should be fine with mana. If you have any +spell dmg gear that obviously helps, but not required. I have probably soloed him and razza and total of 20 times.
