After I learned to become a mooncloth tailor, it will not let me create primal mooncloth at the moonwell.  Mooncloth tailoring is in my spellbook, but there is no option to create primal mooncloth.  I have waited the four or five days it takes and I have all the materials needed. Can anyone help?
