43,71 Auch ramp. Kite nearest clefthoof. Use Fumper. If the anything but the "boss" spawns, run down the ramp or otherwise out of combat and they will despawn. Rinse and repeat 'til the mob you want spawns. The price you pay for the "bug" in this quest, is the horrible spawn rate of the mob you need. You MUST damage the Big Bone Worm (perhaps timed, like every 20 sec?) in order to loot the quest item.
