other coords posted are correct.  Borgoth on the other hand 41, 83.  to the east. for those without coords... he to the far east.  you will see a hill and a building at the top.  he in there.  i ran around forever looking for this guy.  Good luck, and better to go in a group even if he is only lvl 20.  there alot of mobs just to get to him.
