Warlocks: As it is an Elemental, just use CoD/Banish(Rank1)/Banish(Rank2). If you time it right, the Annihilator will come out of the second Banish approx 4~ seconds before CoD is up. Takes 3-4 CoD per Annihilator, at 69.
