Not much of an elite.  Lvl 70 hunter here with 10.6k health and I took him on and wasted him quickly, LOW armor it seems, your shots count for a lot.

In fact, I was mining nearby after I killed him and another wandered up and started smashing my pet so I began the fight again.  Then a nearby blood elf aggro'd.  Then a phase hunter aggro'd about halfway through the fight.  Had to use a mana pot, and pet nearly died, but we got them all.
