70 Arms warrior in a few merciless pieces and a nice weapon solo'd easy. Resisted every one of his casts only annoying part is dps'ing him down, the secret to this guy is debuffs. Hit him with every little debuff and DoT you got, also helpful to have a health pot (even a crapy one, mostly for backup). The teleporting thing can be used to your advantage, fight as far away from the center as possible and when he ports you hit bandage, you dont have alot of time but a few procs of bandage is alot better than nothing. Fight ended with me at about 25% health him dead. If your a warrior I wouldnt recommend using recklessness since you got a long fight and from previous posts it looks like his poison will hurt but retalliation would likely ensure victory. Possible to do it without mine was still on cooldown.
