DO NOT destroy the helmet before you turn in the quest!!! I spent hours searching for these things and right before I finished the quest I destroyed the helmet when I put mine back on. I figured I wouldn't need it anymore. YOU CANNOT FINISH THE QUEST WITHOUT IT! I had to abandon the quest and start over!!

I did not come here first and I spent a couple hours roaming around tanaris searching for 30 of these things...I will go to eastmoon ruins next time!
