If you look in STV when your doing Panther Mastery, i think the 3rd part of the mastery is the panthers that have prowl.
Theyre even in stealth or 'prowl' when you see them.

Im a lvl 32 hunter and was curious where do you find the ghost saber im looking for a new pet i have a lvl 32 moonstalker runt right now and well hes getting boring also if you want bite you could tame a turtle lvl 30 they have bite on them also shield but only turtles are able to use that.
for the levels of loyalty it goes up to 6 as best friend. on cats it doesnt take long for them to be your best friend.

  To get a Ghost Saber, the only one I know about is in Darkshore, with the Naga, open the Cat Statues, he's a random spawn, took me about 15 Statues before getting him. (Lvl 20/21 Saber of the Ghost Variety :P)
