Yes, you can only turn them in until Friendly. Shame, cos the mobs around them are insanely easy for me as a 67 Prot warrior to take 2 or 3 at a time and never get below about 40% health. I picked up 50 of them ready to turn in before i found out, but they sold for 2.5g per 10 so it was easy enough money.

Oh, any warriors here should definitely be grinding the ogres as they seem to go down really easy to plate melee. Dual wield or 2H the melee ones and switch to sword and board (I have a macro for this to do it v quickly) for the casters, as the shield slam and bashes put them down real quick and interrupt casting. Picking up about 25 warbeads an hour if fully buffed and potioned up. They also drop plenty of cloth and cash :D
