I hit the 150 mark and as I hit new places my skill is locked until I find out how/where the means are to get passed the 150 mark. I checked NE and Ironforge Herbalist. Nothing about a book.

There's a Superior Herbalist in Booty Bay I used to train my herbalism up to 225 from 150. She's in a house near the Alliance Griffin Master.

  For herbalism past 300, go to Honor Hold in Outland. An herbalist trainer is found on the ground floor of the TOWER that is inside the compound. This will give you herbalism up to 375.

To get mine into the 225 Range, I went to Exodar.

to get my herbalism past 225 i think i trained in Ironforge
just a heads up the allaince alchemy trainer for 225-300 is in feralas, feathermoon stronghold.

The herbalist in Booty Bay is in a shop nmed after her. She'll take ya all the way to 300.
