Short John Mithril is in the arena stands opposite the entrance to the Gurubashi Arena.
The chest respawns every 3 hours, remember that your time and the server time may be different when planning to go there.
A tip to getting the chest;
Rogues: Hide out on the edge, wait till the battle gets thin, sap the last person, get the chest and run.
Hunter: Same as rogues, but use frost trap instead.
Druid: Wait till the last person is standing in stealth, if they were in a hard fight, take advantage of that and pwn them.
Pally/Warrior/Shaman: Just dominate at the place, it's hardest for you probably.
Mage: Same as hunter/rogue, but use Polly Morph.
Warlock: You might be able to pull a fast one with fear, but it's harder then some other classes.
Priest: Basically the hardest for priests, stay out of the fray and jump in at the end, if you can fear them and grab the chest, go for it.
