You say that a bm hunter with this would have 1.0 attack speed and steady shot takes 1.5, well sir u should no that the 1.5 cast time is affected by ur ammo pouch, SS of BM and rapid fire, if u dont trust me, try doing a rapid fire or taking out ur pouch.
