In alot of Enhance shaman pvp videos i see the guy will switch between a 2 handed weapon and Dual-wielding depending on the fight. Why is this?

if he switched to dual weild he might be fihgting a spellcaster. that way with all the hits it'll be near imposible to get a good spell off.
