How much should i sell light leather medium leather and heavy leather for?

There is always a bunch of  that low lvl leather on the ah, just undercut it by 4 or 5 silver for that low lvl of leather and yours will be the first to sell.  Alot of people, like myself, buy that stuff when i make new toons with lw to get him up to 100+ right away. gl

I always check and go just 5% lower so that theyll all buy from me. Also i flood the AH.  wont get 2 stacks then put them on AH, ill save 40 stacks and flood it.

Just undercut by 1c. Loads of people sell for round figures, take advantage of the bargain hunters :)

Use common sense though, if someone has 1 piece of LL for 10g on AH, and you've just got the same from a young bear, its really NOT going to sell for that price is it.

This guy on my server basically uses bots to farm leathers. Not such a bad idea...however, when he sells them on the AH the prices are so damn cheap, which makes it even harder for us guys to sell somethin! He actually sold 15 stacks of thick clefthoof leather for 5g a stack, when they're worth at least 45g (on our server). This can result in some problems at times...unfortunately for that guy he was banned for a while, and from what I've heard he migrated to another server, dont know which one though. Im afraid I cant even tell you his exact name cz he changed it a month ago, so basically if you see someone in Nagrand killing Clefthoove Bulls for about 7 hours consult a GM :P


Apart from that, I suggest you sell a couple stacks of clefthoof leathers for about 2-3g cheaper than the ones on the AH, cz that way they'l sell a lot better and you'll have results in no time. Good Luck all, and beware of the Leather farmer ;P

You should have bought all his clefthoof leather for 5g then put it back on the AH for the regular price, saves you time and u can earn lots of gold.

Listen why anyone would suggest undercutting the price of something by more than 1 silver obviously has no idea how the economy works.People will buy the cheapest price wether it is by one silver,one gold,or 10 gold.Do not kill the market if everyone undercut each other by 1 and a half gold each then the market would be ruined,at least for some time it would.Be smart by holding something til a better selling time can allow you to cash in big as well.

that is a good idea but if the prices of people who undercut are ridiculously low like less than half the average price buy theirs and sell it for more when the AH prices are up....easy profit:)
