Feral druids best in 1v1, here's my lock killing stratedgy, I haven't dueled a lock at lvl 70 yet I can't say it works for sure but if you fought a lock this is how I would fight one:
Pounce,mangle,shred, go into bear, bash, back into cat, mangle, get howl of terror or death coil, wait it out then go bear and feral charge, shift into caster, cyclone, heal the dots go into cat and maim as soon as lock gets out of cyc. then wait a while, shred, and by this point they can only fear u 2-3 times(1-4 seconds) and they're so low on hp that they'll die from a mangle or two.
If the lock insignia's out of pounce stun then u have a problem but this is what I'd do:
Pounce, lock breaks out and uses howl of terror, insignia urself and go bear to feral charge, now if u have any dots worth healing go caster and cyclone and heal them, otherwise shift into cat, mangle, you'll get deathcoil, wait that out, and go back, if lock starts casting fear get hit by it, it will only be 4 or 5 seconds, afterwards use dash to run back in kitty, u should have 100 energy, mangle, mangle, maim(if lock fears u again anywhere thru this then just take it and continue this same combo). Use shred after a while, then immediatly go bear and bash and then heal(use ht if u have naturalist), back into kitty, mangle, build cp for a FB or just FB if lock is at low hp.
When lich king comes out ferals can get Nature's swiftness! that should help with healing and make it possible to beat a lock.
