Im a rogue.  My current build is 31/25/5.  Sounds kinda shakey but it works very well.  I usually hang right above or right below hunters and loks.  really though to answer your question, theres no answer.  If you want to go into specifics then single target DPS would have to go to combat rogues (dagger or sword). Overall raid DPS I would have to say Warlocks because they can damage a bunch of mobs at one time.  Thats the only reason they beat me on DPS meters.
