wtf 1.9 speed ...may be if speed was like 2.4 2.5 i might want to have this one but again lack of ap/cr/agl makes me dotn want this one.
About dodge ...if this bow was slow u tank was not going to take it from hunters without prince bow at least:D
I dont care if this bow even gives me block rate IF it's  95dps+ weapon and ata speed is SLOW ...Oh yes baby i am all over the proffeser plums :D
