I did it as 68 demonlogy warlock. I did not use any enslaved demon from forge camps, in stead I used what my class could offer in general. It was a very close fight. I used 2 super health potions and my master health stone. I used my improved VW as the tanking pet. I had my aggro holding and damage mitigation maximized by talents, yet I had to keep my dps at minimal level. I used only corruption and immolate as my dps spells and CoW to reduce the dmg taken. Though I had improved health funnel still it was hard to keep my VW's health up, though it had 7.2k hp and 8.6k amror with additional 25% damage mitigation from my talents.

I don't know how hard it will be for other classes, but I definitely do know it will be very very tough or may be impossible to solo as a rogue or warrior. I am considering only face to face battle, not those tricks, such as enslaving demons or kiting her to Telaar.  She is immune to fear. So a warrior can't fear her to heal himself. She should be immune to blind. So not much survival technique for a rouge. These two classes can't heal themselves during fight and have to be in melee range to deal damage and Tusker should take only 10 hits to kill a player with 10K HP unless that player has healing abilites.
