You can if you go down the Enhancement Talent Tree to it.  Only like 2nd or 3rd tier

So far as we casters are concerned about the only 2H weapon we can learn is staff. As a priest I can use a staff, dagger or 1H mace. That's it. My off-hand is used strictly for off-hand buffing items: + intellect, etc. The ranged weapon slot is used for our wands. We can't use any other ranged weapon: guns, bows, crossbows. That's what makes us casters. *_^
