I managed to solo this as a lvl 45 combat rogue. It is a rather slow process but it is possible with some luck.
-Equip crippling
-Kidney Shot and gouge is only way for you to survive
-Expect to fight over 5 minutes, enabling you to use all your cooldowns a second time to take him.
Basically what I did was enter stealth quickly and open with cheap shot.. adrenaline rush... dps kidney shot.... when that is out, evasion... dps until its nearing its end, then use gouge and run like hell. Get enough range to ensure gouge is back, then gouge again. Keep doing this until you have five combo points, then use kideny shot. Repeat this for a long time, and be prepared to use pots and bandages, or blind to buy time.
He stops fighting at around 10-15% hp and runs out of the camp, and you get a (Mission Complete) message.
