its been awhile but the WoW atlas says he is in Wildhammer Keep.  Also, check in the cave above/behind the flight master.Good Luck.

What do i do now? I'm at lvl 300. How do i get higher? Can i get higher?  I have Burning Crusade.

Lower City in shat has a grand master trainer

You can go to Honour Hold in Outlands and there is a skinner trainer there in the inn, to get your skinning past 300

What lvl do u have to be to go to Shat? ima  lvl 32 lock and have almost 250 skinning so  ill have to upgrade soon. im also wondering wat skinning lvl i have 2 be to get master. THX

You can go to Shatt at level 1 if you really wanted to.All you would need is a port.But the trainer will only train you if your skinning is level 275 or better and the cost is 10g!

im an alliance lvl 60 Hunter with Skinning 300, and the skinningtrainer in HH dont give med the option to learn higher lvl... feels like im a bit stuck here.. =/

Read the post above yours Cola it says you get the training in Shatt,that would explain why HH wouldnt work for you.Go to the Lower City in Shatt and the trainer is there.

i am a lvl 47 hunter. can i get the higher training for skinning? someone said i might have to be lvl 58.

You do not need to be level 58.How many times must I say this please read all posts and you will see your question has been answered.AS LONG AS YOU HAVE SKINNING SKILL OF 275 OR MORE AND HAVE 10Gold YOU CAN GET THE TRAINING TO LEVEL 375 SKINNING IN LOWER SHATT!You need to find a mage to give you a "port to Shatt"You need to be level 58 to walk thru the Dark Portal.Also it is a good idea after getting a port to shatt to make it your home because you can then have access to the portals that go to every major city,it really cuts down on travel time so this helps you level faster as well.

what level do get to skin nethercelft at
