its really expensive however tiz worth it to get it up to 350 before 70, lets u make those sweet weapons, ding 70 and BAM instant sick epic weapon. very good guide btw i followed it thoroughly after mithril spurs. TY

I could not get the quest in Org to talk to the guy in Tanaris until I was 266 BS. That might be your problem.

go to Gadgezan and in there speak with the guy near the forge.

This guy will only show when you have 250+ BS

Anyone know where to train after you reach lvl 300 in BS?

I think you can train past 300 in shadow moon valley

You can train after 300 in Hellfire.... in Honour Hold for Alliance. BTW this is the best guide I've ever uset:P

b4 u goto tanaris take like 40 thorium bars with u cuz the scrolls cost thorium bars

FYI to all.

Be prepared to need a lot of thorium.  275-300 is about 330 thorium bars of mats if every single craft gives a lvl up.  That doesn't include the 30 bars to buy the plans in the first place.  So if you can stock up on thorium, do so!

Silithus is great place for thorium farming.  The bugs arn't elite anymore and their caves are filled with rich oozed covered thorium veins.

whoever said you need 250 bs for talking to the gnome is wrong.  I'm at 260 and i still can't talk to the gnome.

No its not, I talked to the guy in Tanaris a long time ago and I am only 262 now.... I was lower.. I could only make certain things because of my BS level, but I could still talk to him and get what I could make. It might have to do with ur reputation with TB, or quest related? I dont really know

I think the guide may need to be updated. I went to Honor old to get the recipe for Lesser rune of warding and it says that it is a 325 skill level recipe. So, I could not get it at 300. I bought some others and just went to town on them. Got the Lesser rune recipe at 325 and made it until green.

Same, you can't get the lesser rune of warding at 300. It says trained at 325. So if you follow the logic of the previous level ups, you can do the Fel Iron Weightstones and Fel Sharpening Stones until they turn grey for cheaper than pounding through a lot of expensive armor sets, including the Imperial Plates boots.

If you want to get the plans you have to become an armorsmith after you build all the crap for the dwarf at the great anvil hell tell you to talk to another guy in the same area and he tells you to go see the guy in Tanaris.

So this gives me a good plan but i can't believe no one noticed it jumps from 320 to 325, guess i'll have to work it out myself for once lol.

If your mining is up to 300. and you need to go higher, go to 56-63, Honour Hold, and see HURNAK GRIMMOND Master Mining Trainer in the blacksmiths shop, his sitting on the floor. He will give you more mining to do and push you mining level to
375.

this guide helps a lot, though the tough part from 260 is the quest for armor/weaponsmith, as it requires several hours of ore grinding. buying ore with nowadays AH prices is out of the question, which makes blacksmithing in general very tough

Go to lootables.com  They have a pretty decent BS leveling guide there although I did part ways with it once I got to 360.
